Our proprietary approach (invented and matured in a prior R&D organization) uniquely blends anthropology and engineering disciplines to give leaders a powerful lever to improve business outcomes and reduce risk. We seek a leader of leaders who will enjoy the challenge of engaging forward-thinking C-suite executives, and stretching their minds to new possibilities of business performance and organizational resiliency.
