“Client Lead SME” – the Lead SME is a savvy ‘leader of leaders’, guiding teams of change agents on a journey to transform clients’ most business-critical relationships. This role is an orchestrator, thought-leader, inspirer, facilitator and curious learner who blends together the right talent and expertise from Relations Research, our partners, and our clients to help clients leverage relational excellence to achieve their business objectives.
